Who is Justin? 

I am an experienced business leader and public speaker who has successfully led and grown 4 small businesses as well as UK-based divisions within international companies. I have worked with some of the biggest brands in the world, helping them to grow their businesses, as well as with many smaller companies.  I have first-hand knowledge of the challenges that business owners experience every day and I have led all the key areas of a business including Marketing and Sales, Operations, Finance and HR through the different phases of their growth.  

I also have considerable experience in building teams and the art of leadership; in addition to the various businesses that I have managed in the last 20 years, I spent 15 years in the Territorial Army, three of them commanding a NATO-roled armoured reconnaissance squadron. 

My passion is working with businesses to help them grow, to attract more customers and to work more effectively. I strongly believe that successful small businesses are the bedrock of communities and ActionCOACH Buckingham’s goal is to help local business owners to grow and our community to thrive.  I love to help owners achieve the goals and ambitions they have for their business and personally.
